Happy News:  Kip Fisher talked about attending the a Rotary Club Board meeting for a makeup meeting and encouraged others to attend, as well, if they'd like to see what happens.   Marv Krieger thanked Rotary for its contribution to the Salvation Army and reported that the campaign is going well.   Caren Luke put in a dollar for the nice article about her son in the newspaper.   Tim Nelson reported he was going to be a grandparent.

Dave Bakke of the Muscatine Conservation Board presented a very interesting program for our December 20 meeting.  He brought along special guest, Ginger, an adult female screech owl missing an eye.
