Last week's presenters were the MCC Variety Singers.  The students sang and danced to Holiday music.  MCC Variety Singers are directed by Jan Phillips and accompanied by Sally Potter.  Thank you MCC and students for the wonderful performance!

December 15th Club Announcements

·          Marilyn Smith-Rotary Youth Exchange calendars are available for 2009.  These calendars feature pictures from last years exchange students.  Your copy is available for only $5!  Please see Marilyn for more details.

·          Sarah Lande presented information about a new community projects opportunity.  Rotarians can sponsor elementary students to participate in a variety of athletic opportunities within Muscatine.  To find out more please contact Sarah Lande.

December 15th Happy News

  • Marv Krieger the annual Toys for Tots drive at Kriegers was a huge success.  Many thanks to Hoppi for battling the elements to provide food and toys for i in Muscatine!
  • Harvey Allbee is glad to be at Rotary today and hear the MCC students perform.  He also enjoyed last weeks Holiday performance by MHS Octet.

Program on January 5th: Cindy Mays and Bill Koellner from West Liberty Rotary Club.  They will share with us some of the community service projects the West Liberty Rotary club does.
