Megan Francis: Happy to be back after two weeks away. Her family enjoyed a week at the lake in Minnesota, followed by a week in Madison, Wisconsin, where she attended the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy's Madison Institute.

Scholarship Recipients
 
The Rotary Club of Muscatine welcomed three of its five 2026 scholarship recipients to share their educational plans and future goals. Greyson Blaesing, who was unable to attend because of a Scouting trip, submitted a video thanking the club for its support, while Kenya Lopez was also unable to attend. Gavin Wade plans to complete his associate degree at Muscatine Community College before transferring to the University of Iowa. Marlinta Glahn will attend the University of Iowa to study biology on the pre-medicine track with the goal of becoming a pediatric oncologist. Madyson Wyatt will attend Kirkwood Community College to study animal science and liberal arts before returning to the Muscatine area to give back to her community. The club congratulates each of this year's scholarship recipients and wishes them continued success as they begin the next chapter of their education.
