Week of October 5, 2009 Today's Program: Terry Branstad on Des Moines University In Case You Missed It Monday's presentation was given by Jody Landers and Pete Korpi on "Water for Christmas". This program brings clean water to the world's thirsty. Donors can track 100% of all donations directly to water solutions.  Water for Christmas specifically goes to Liberia. A $1.00 investment has an $8.00 return and an investment of $5,000 will drill a new well. You can support this effort on October 24th by participating in a 4 mile walk/run. Tony Joseph talked about our Rotary project for water in Belize, Panama and Central America.  More information about our efforts will be presented soon. September 28th Club Announcements Fund raising results: Pack the Park made $309 and Branson on the river $250.
