April 26 Program:
The Latest in Mechanical Drafting by B. Albee
In Case You Missed It:
April 19th's presentation was an update on Leadership Muscatine's Retail Recruitment Project given by Patti Fuller-Bloechl, City of Muscatine and Tom Iannelli, Stanley Consultants. Mark Boyd, Musco Lighting was also involved in the project but unable to attend. For the project they worked with the Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and also the Buxton Retail Consulting firm. A retail gap analysis was completed showing that Muscatine is most in need of Clothing/Accessory retailers and Sporting Goods retailers. The group continues to work with GMCCI and the City of Muscatine. They encouraged us to contact GMCCI with ideas for developing retail in Muscatine and also to SHOP MUSCATINE!
