The District’s key focus areas include membership growth, foundation support, public image, and technology. Goals are to increase net membership by at least 1%, start a minimum of three extension or cause-based clubs, raise $375,000 for the Annual Giving Fund, and contribute $100,000 to the PolioPlus Fund. Efforts will also include developing a strong public image and marketing plan, creating an effective district-wide technology team, and encouraging clubs to strengthen recruitment, engagement, and visibility through strategies such as clear elevator speeches, active fellowship, and community presence.
