Steve Snider- The MPD was involved in an unfortunate high-speed chase incident yesterday. Happy to report the officer involved was released from the hospital and is on the road to recovery. Lisa Heckman- Yesterday was the second annual Habitat for Humanity Tour of Homes. Thank you to everyone who attended. It was a beautiful day.

Karen Harman- It Takes a Village Animal Rescue and Resources. ITAVARR
Our mission is simply to protect and advocate for companion animals in need and to promote and provide the resources, education, and programs that our community needs to adequately address animal welfare issues.
ITAVARR provides valuable community programs including; shelter and quarantine, accessible adoption, spay and neuter clinic, outreach, pet care pantry, public education, out-of-city TNR, veteran program, and animal ambassadors program.
