Presentation-
Marc Hines- Crossroads
We are a nonprofit organization serving over 600 individuals in Muscatine and Tipton through eight distinct service lines. Our mission is to cultivate choice and inclusion for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We offer a variety of essential services, including supported community living, supported employment, day habilitation programs, adult day care, Meals on Wheels, and outreach initiatives, as well as chore and home repair services specifically for senior homeowners.
We have so much to celebrate in the last two years. Crossroads has grown as an organization. We opened a Supported Community Living house, serving 4 individuals, our Day Habilitation program is busting at the seams, and our production facility is diversifying its customer base leading to increased revenue. We just wrapped up our third annual FestivALL music fundraiser and we are gearing up for year two of iLLUMINATE. The two events bring awareness of services and valuable funding to our organization. Challenges ahead include DOJ consent decree, waiver redesign, staffing, and funding.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with Megan Francis if you would like to schedule a tour of Crossroads.
