Recap from January 28, 2019  Meeting: 
Happy News:  Larry Hetzler said the Eagles and Ivories concert series last weekend was good.  He let us know that the Muscatine Symphony is have a Valentine's Dinner on February 16. 
 
Club Business:  Rick Gosney is selling Super Bowl squares.  1 for $20 or 3 for $50.   On February 4th we will be raffling off tickets for Jersey Boys at the Hancher.  1 for $20 or 3 for $50. 
 
Program:  Kyle Jack - Owner of Warrior CrossFit in Muscatine. Kyle started at Warrior CrossFit in 2012 and took over ownership in 2016.  What is crossfit - it is functional movement at high intensity - movements that make your life better.  Currently they are located on 2nd avenue across from Allsteel headquarters, but a new location is being built on Hwy 22 by the University Ave intersection - big red building.  They cater to a wide range of people - young, old, athletic and beginners.  People at the gym are very welcoming, there is fun/accountability in working out with other people.  The workouts differ day to day.  They offer 7 one hour classes a day - you can choose.  Membership includes unlimited classes.  Website is warriorcfm.com.   Thank you Kyle.
