Presentation:
Tina Teel- Leadership Muscatine

Tina Teel shared her Leadership Muscatine project, Building Bridges, which aims to connect community members with resources, events, and information through the use of QR codes. The project was developed in response to identified needs from local organizations, including improving access to assistance programs while reducing the stigma often associated with seeking help. QR codes will direct users to resources related to community assistance, tourism, and relocation information through partnerships with organizations such as UnityPoint, Visit Muscatine, and Live Muscatine. The project includes business window decals and public signage designed to make information easily accessible to residents and visitors. Implementation is targeted for late summer 2026.
