Presentation-
Heidi Fields & Lindsey Trumbell: Muscatine Women’s Leadership Network

The Muscatine Women’s Leadership Network began with a Women’s Leadership Summit at Lee Agency in June 2024 that welcomed more than 200 attendees. The strong interest in leadership opportunities for women in the community inspired the committee to expand programming with additional networking and social events. In October 2024, the group hosted a social connecting female professionals with local nonprofit organizations to learn about volunteer opportunities. The second annual summit, held at the Bandag Learning Center, drew 275 attendees, and the network continues to grow through smaller socials and professional networking events throughout the year. The third annual summit is scheduled for June 4 at the Bridgestone Learning Center and is expected to welcome approximately 300 attendees. The network also helped launch the BRIDGE mentor program, which pairs female mentors and mentees for a more personalized, year-round leadership experience. A limited number of summit registrations are still available, and the BRIDGE program continues to welcome additional mentors and mentees.
