Presentation-
Carol Ebeling- MUSCO Sports Lighting

Musco has spent nearly 50 years designing and manufacturing lighting systems for sports venues and large public spaces. Their solutions support community fields, school complexes, airports, ports, professional stadiums, and even national landmarks.

The company’s story began in 1976 when founders Joe Crookham and Myron Gordin purchased Muscatine Lighting Company with a loan from First National Bank of Muscatine. From the start, they promised to keep manufacturing in Muscatine. MUSCO employs about 500 team members in Muscatine and more than 2,000 worldwide. MUSCO’s focus remains the same after nearly five decades: take care of the team, and the team will take care of the customer. That culture continues today and has helped many people build long careers with the company.

MUSCO operates manufacturing plants in:
  • Oskaloosa, Iowa
  • Muscatine, Iowa – Serves as the main manufacturing plant for sports lighting
